We are seeking a reliable and responsible Cannabis Delivery Driver to join our team in Annapolis, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring compliance with state laws and company policies.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver cannabis products to customers promptly and efficiently.
- Verify customer ID and ensure compliance with legal regulations during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions customers may have.
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations while driving.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Process customer transactions and handle credit and debit card payments.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to management.
Hours and Days Required:
- Tuesday
Saturday:
9 AM to 6 PM.- Additional hours may be required on other days based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and local laws is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and driving.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $17
- $18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
