Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting residents safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism. The Driver will operate company vehicle van, and wheelchair lift, and may be required to handle loading/unloading tasks. Salary rate $17.00. The ideal candidate has a valid driving license, high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience as a driver or one year of experience in an Assisted Living community, basic knowledge of Dementia and Alzheimer's, good computer skills, and excellent communication and customer service skills. In addition, he or she must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and must meet the physical requirements of the position as listed. Safely operate a vehicle van to take residents to designated locations. Load and unload residents on the wheelchair lift if needed. Ensure that all residents arrive on time while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage. Navigate efficiently using GPS or maps to find the best routes for timely deliveries The pay range for this role is: 17 - 17.95 USD per hour(LSL, Hopkins Creek)
