Job Description

We are an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground. We are seeking experienced, customer-focused, high energy commercial drivers to provide excellent package delivery service out of the Gaithersburg, and Beltsville MD, FedEx terminals.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record Minimum one (1) year of verifiable driving commercial vehicle within last three years Must pass criminal background check, drug test, and DOT physical Must pass a road test No prior felony convictions, DUI, or DWI No more than 2 moving violations on your driving record in the past 3 years Be able to safely lift/carry up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck Must have reliable transportation to and from Beltsville, MD terminal daily, Tuesday to Saturday (5 days) Daily Duties include but not limited to: Perform daily Pre & Post inspection on vehicle Work independently and as part of a team Provide exceptional customer service Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
