Duties Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to designated locations Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and punctuality Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries Verify delivery details, complete necessary documentation, and obtain signatures upon receipt Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report any mechanical issues promptly Assist with warehouse tasks such as stock movement, inventory checks, and organizing delivery supplies Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on route driving efficiency Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients Knowledge of warehouse procedures including loading, unloading, and inventory management Ability to operate commercial vehicles with manual transmission safely and confidently Experience with heavy lifting, moving cargo, and using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks Familiarity with safety regulations related to driving and cargo handling Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and documentation effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise meets exceptional service!
