Job Overview Responsibilities Pick up and deliver packages safely and efficiently. Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Ensure packages are delivered accurately and on time. Use a smartphone for navigation and delivery updates. Follow all applicable safety and delivery requirements.. Must be willing to work on weekends Packages will be picked up from our fulfillment center in 5225 Kilmer Pl Hyattsville Md Kindly state "Do not agree" so that we may disregard your application. However, if you are interested, note the following: 1. We are contractors for SwiftX , which distributes well-known brands like Temu, Shein, Tik Tok shop, and many others. 2. Drivers arrive at the warehouse, scan and load their vehicles using the swiftX driver app, which guides them through deliveries. After completing their routes, they simply send their manifest to the team lead and head home. 3. Our team operates as 1099 contractors using their personal vehicles and providing their own gas. 4. Pay is commission-based $1.50 per package, varying by the number of stops and distance from the warehouse, with drivers typically making between 90 to 170 stops daily (sometimes more, sometimes less). We have a diverse range of drivers that use sedans like Hondas to SUVs and cargo vans. 95% of the packages will be bags so any vehicle works. 5. Most drivers earn between $700 and $1,500 weekly basesd on volume, and During peak seasons drivers with strong work ethics can make $1,200 to over $2,000. 6. The warehouse operates seven days a week, providing consistent work. However, you are not required to work every day.
