# FedEx Ground Delivery Driver

We run a professional, well-maintained fleet and take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers and a supportive work environment for our team.

  • ## Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a FedEx Ground delivery vehicle on an assigned route
  • Scan, load, and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
  • Provide professional, friendly customer service on every stop
  • Follow all FedEx Ground and DOT safety standards
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Return undeliverable packages and complete end-of-day procedures
  • ## Requirements
  • FedEx-approved driving record
  • (MVR check required — no DUIs, reckless driving, or excessive violations)
  • Valid medical card (DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate)
  • — must be current and in-hand at time of hire
  • Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
  • Clean background check
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Ability to pass FedEx Ground driver onboarding/approval process
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • TSA approved
  • ## Preferred (Not Required)
  • Prior FedEx Ground, UPS, Amazon, or delivery driver experience
  • Familiarity with Baltimore City, Carroll County, or Anne Arundel County roads
  • Experience with handheld scanning devices (Ground Cloud a plus)
