Job Description

The Delivery Driver & Sales Support Specialist is responsible for safely and accurately delivering wholesale orders to our retail and distribution partners across Maine. Between deliveries, this role supports the Sales Manager with account coordination and order management, and contributes to production, trimming, and packaging. Strong route planning, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. This role is a great fit for someone who likes variety in their day and thrives when no two days look exactly alike.
Daily tasks will include:
Loading, verifying, and tracking orders to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintaining delivery manifests and required documentation Representing Holistic Wellness professionally at every partner account Assisting the Sales Manager with order entry, follow-ups, and account coordination Communicating partner feedback, product needs, and reorder opportunities to the sales team Assisting with production, trimming, and packaging during down time Working collaboratively with sales, production, packaging, and management teams Keeping workspaces clean, organized, and sanitary at all times On-the-job training will be provided; however, prior delivery, sales support, or cannabis production experience is valued. This is an hourly position.
Requirements:
Maine state resident, at least 21 years of age Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required) Must be able to pass state-mandated background check Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable driving throughout the day in varying conditions Cannabis experience and a strong desire to continue learning Applicants holding an active Registry Identification Card (RIC) will receive premier consideration during the selection process The ideal candidate will have: Prior delivery, route, or wholesale distribution experience Professional, friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills Excellent time management and route planning ability Strong attention to detail and accuracy with orders and paperwork Reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently Willingness to help across production, trimming, and packaging as needed Basic math skills Organizational skills and the ability to follow tasks through to completion Basic computer and technology skills
