You are being redirected Once you are on the page, please click the refer button Job Overview Qualifications Benefits Job Overview The Supplier Delivery Risk Management (SDRM) Critical Specialist plays a highly hands-on, execution-focused role in managing critical supplier performance to ensure uninterrupted production across Stellantis North America assembly and manufacturing operations. This position requires direct, day-to-day oversight of supplier activities, driving strict adherence to recovery plans, shipment commitments, and production requirements. The Critical Specialist is responsible for working closely with high-risk suppliers to develop, monitor, and enforce detailed short-term "build and ship" plans, while simultaneously ensuring long-term corrective actions are implemented and sustained. This role requires continuous tracking, follow-up, and accountability at a granular level to prevent any disruption in the flow of production parts. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Directly manage critical supplier performance through daily engagement, detailed tracking, and strict follow-up on commitments Develop and enforce short-term recovery plans, ensuring suppliers execute to exact build and shipment requirements Monitor supplier production schedules, inventory positions, and logistics flows to proactively identify and mitigate risks Hold suppliers accountable to commitments, driving immediate corrective actions when deviations occur Lead frequent cadence calls and reviews to validate progress, remove constraints, and maintain alignment Escalate issues quickly and appropriately when risks are identified, both internally and externally Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Logistics, Supplier Quality, Purchasing, and plant teams to resolve issues and eliminate barriers Maintain full visibility and transparency of supplier status, ensuring stakeholders are informed of risks, actions, and recovery progress
Qualifications & Attributes:
Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or supplier management within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to manage detailed execution and drive accountability at the supplier level Proven track record of proactive risk management and issue resolution Ability to operate with urgency, discipline, and a high level of ownership Communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and hold suppliers accountable Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple critical issues simultaneously Clear judgment on when to escalate to prevent production impact
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field 5 years of relevant experience Ability to build relationships and drive results Effective communication skills Strong customer service skills Strong problem solving and decision making skills, and the ability to analyze complex data/situations
