A Sales Delivery Driver drives a truck or other vehicle over established routes or within an established territory and sells or delivers goods, such as food products, including restaurant take-out items, or pick up or deliver items such as commercial laundry. May also take orders, collect payment, or stock merchandise at point of delivery. Includes newspaper delivery drivers. Excludes gig economy drivers.

Job Description
Delivery Driver Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment .
- Follow a predetermined route or adapt to changes in traffic or delivery schedules
- Verify the contents of each delivery against shipping documents and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Communicate with customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections
Qualifications:
- Valid chauffeur license
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and customer service skills

Full-time Pay:
