Job Description
Overview We are seeking a hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks from delivering products to retailers as well as help around the warehouse. We are responsible for bringing some of the worlds largest consumer beverage brands to life in our local market (Anheuser Busch, Miller, Red Bull and more). Responsibilities Assist with loading retailer orders. Support delivery drivers by preparing items for transport and ensuring accurate delivery routes. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Perform heavy lifting and moving of items as required throughout the workday. Follow all safety protocols while driving, including operating box trucks or manual transmission vehicles if necessary. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Previous warehouse experience preferred, including familiarity with loading/unloading procedures. Experience as a delivery driver or courier is a plus, particularly with route driving knowledge. Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; certification is advantageous but not required. Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift and occasionally heavier lifting (up to 160lbs for a keg). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass random drug testing
