The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods and packages safely and efficiently, providing excellent customer service. The successful applicant will be able to navigate through busy streets and manage multiple deliveries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers product to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while adhering to state driving laws Represent the brand in a positive and compliant manner while providing the best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customer's expectations Maintains delivery log and records and performs quality inventory checks before and after shifts Follow established guidelines to ensure compliance including checking for valid ID, verifying payment, and receiving customer signature for order Follows delivery routes as scheduled to ensure delivery within scheduled timeframe Processes transactions using our point-of-sale system, Dutchie. Establish relationships with customers and provide a memorable customer experience to create loyalty to our brand Assist with in-store duties on an as needed basis including assisting with packaging and inventory stocking Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Valid, unexpired driver's license in good standing is required. Completion of a background check including a satisfactory motor vehicle record check required. Must maintain a clean driving record throughout employment Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes preferred Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use delivery and POS software Ability to perform work that primarily involves standing. Must be 21+ years of age
