Job Summary:

Hive Mind is seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Associates to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe package deliveries while providing excellent customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, are safety-conscious, and take pride in being an essential part of the logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to residential and commercial locations. Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure efficient deliveries. Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety and compliance. Maintain professionalism and provide courteous customer interactions. Use handheld devices for routing, scanning, and picture upon delivery. Adhere to company safety standards at all times.

Qualifications Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old. Possess a valid driver's license. Must be authorized to work in the USA. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate different delivery environments. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work 10hr shift.
