Appliance Installer/Delivery Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable skilled candidate to deliver and install appliances to residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 26 ft box truck for multi-stop delivery routes and appliance installations in a timely manner . Load, deliver, and install household appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, and more. Ensure proper handling and loading/unloading of appliances using lift gates and other equipment. Utilize handheld devices to confirm delivery and maintain accurate documentation. Work with basic water lines, valves, and electrical connections for appliance installations. Provide outstanding customer service to builders, homeowners, and delivery customers by addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain a safe, accident-free work environment by following company safety standards. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Experience in appliance repair and understanding of schematics Proven delivery driver experience, preferably with box trucks Background in refrigeration and HVAC systems Field service and service technician experience Excellent customer service skills Proficient in equipment repair and electrical systems Ability to assemble appliances and related equipment Summary As an Appliance Installer and Delivery Driver, your job is to safely bring and set up things like refrigerators, ovens, and washing machines at people's homes. You will work with the Operations Manager and use your skills to fix any problems with the appliances if something isn't working right.
