Your role is vital in delivering appliances to customer locations, expertly installing a variety of household appliances, and providing outstanding customer support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with top-tier customer service, making a tangible difference in our customers' everyday lives. You will operate company vehicles, troubleshoot equipment issues on-site, and ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards. Duties Safely operate company box trucks and delivery vehicles to transport appliances to customer locations. Unload and deliver appliances with care, ensuring damage-free handling throughout the process. Install a wide range of household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, Stoves, and following manufacturer specifications and schematics. Use hand tools, power tools, and ladder equipment to assemble and install appliances accurately. Troubleshoot appliance issues on-site by diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing problems using technical knowledge and schematics. Conduct electrical work such as wiring or connecting power supplies when required for installation. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear instructions on appliance operation and maintenance while addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance installation. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment necessary for installation tasks. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently within traffic laws; previous delivery driver experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach to resolving client inquiries or concerns during delivery or setup. Familiarity with field service procedures including assembly, appliance installation.
