Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles including box trucks and courier vans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Load and unload orders efficiently using heavy lifting techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary. Follow designated route driving plans to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining optimal fuel efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery. Load, secure, and organize deliveries to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports. Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory or supplies as needed for smooth restaurant operations. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred. Prior delivery driver experience is highly desirable; familiarity with route driving is a plus. Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform physical tasks involving manual lifting and moving. Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous but not required; training can be provided. Knowledge of safe driving practices, including manual transmission operation if applicable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
