Essential Job Functions:
Delivers and set-up durable medical equipment (i.e. bed frames, low air-loss mattresses, trapeze, and lifts) in nursing homes, hospitals, and healthcare facilities Troubleshoot and assess whether repairs are to be made on site or at warehouse Facilitates service/repair requirements; works with repair department(s) as appropriate Train medical staff on the proper use and safety of the equipment Deliver high level quality customer service; exhibit professionalism, positive and pleasant demeanor Maintain company-provided cargo van in accordance with policies Supports service center and equipment cleaning and maintenance
Requirements:
21 years of age or older Ability to work independently Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere Valid Driver's License Good driving record Successfully passed screenings (background check/drug) Continuous movement Ability to lift 80 lbs. Schedule flexibility (on call rotation) Safety-mindedness Customer service focused Vaccinations or approved exemptions
