• About the Role BrightStone Letter Rental is looking for a dependable, customer‑friendly individual to deliver, set up, and pick up our 4‑foot marquee letters for events across Metro Detroit.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, driving, and interacting with customers at parties, weddings, and special events. You will pick up letters from our Taylor location, transport them safely, set them up at the event, stay on‑site during the event, and return afterward for pickup.

• Responsibilities Pick up marquee letters and transport them to event locations Safely load, unload, and secure letters in your vehicle Set up letters according to customer layout or instructions Stay on‑site during the event until pickup time Return letters to the home base in Taylor Communicate professionally with customers and event staff Handle minor issues (bulbs, leveling, spacing) during setup Maintain a clean, organized, and professional presentation Ensure on‑time arrival for deliveries and pickups•Requirements Must own a truck, SUV, or van capable of carrying 4‑foot letters Must be available evenings and weekends Ability to lift 20-30 lbs repeatedly Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable interacting with customers Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to follow setup instructions and pay attention to detail Must be able to travel to event locations across Metro Detroit•Preferred (Not Required) Experience in delivery, event setup, moving, or customer service Basic problem‑solving skills (e.
