Delivery Assistant (Part-Time)

Pay:

Year-round & seasonal summer positions available No required weekends. Some evening/weekend hours may be available, if desired Generally, 6:30 am until done (typically by 4:30 pm) Up to 30 hours per week

Job Overview Duties:

Assist the driver with loading, delivering, and merchandising beverages and kegs at each customer location in the manner that complies with the customer's defined expectations and/or requirements. Assist with checking product in at each account to ensure that products and quantities being delivered are accurate. Manual product handling is required. Essential Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (within company standards).
• Ability to repetitively bend, twist and frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and move kegs, weighing up to 165 lbs., up and down stairs and over curbs utilizing a two-wheeled cart.
• Ability to obtain a forklift safety certificate.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively as to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and customers.
• Ability to arrive to work on time for all scheduled shifts and complete required work before leaving.
• Must pass pre-employment strength test, background check and drug screening (including THC/Cannabis/CBD).
• Ability to be courteous and respectful when interacting with customers, other drivers, sales reps and co-workers.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
