Job Summary Join our dynamic adult use cannabis team as a Delivery Driver and become the vital link between our company and valued customers! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods, following all Minesota adult use cannabis regulations, as well as ensuring timely deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm, reliability, and driving expertise will help us deliver smiles and build lasting relationships with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to stay active, hone your driving skills, and be an essential part of a fast-paced logistics operation. Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial driving equipment, following all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load and unload cargo efficiently using equipment such as hand trucks, manual lifting techniques to handle heavy or bulky items. Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to ensure prompt service while maintaining safety standards. Deliver products directly to customers' locations with professionalism, courtesy, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Verify delivery contents against orders, obtain signatures when required, and document all deliveries accurately. Assist with warehouse activities such as inventory management, moving stock within the facility, and maintaining organized storage areas. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules or any unforeseen delays. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle as well as all compliance protocols. Adhere to company policies regarding load & unload procedures, safety protocols, and route driving best practices. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong understanding of route planning and driving safety. DOT licensed or eligible. Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients during deliveries. Experience working in warehouses or handling lifting tasks confidently. Ability to operate commercial vehicles such as 17' van. Familiarity with warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and moving supplies is a plus. Knowledge of load & unload procedures to ensure cargo safety during transit and at delivery points. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple deliveries throughout the day while maintaining accuracy.
