In this role, you'll deliver and set up office technology equipment while representing our company the right way - professional, dependable, and genuinely helpful. Every day looks a little different. One morning you're on the road making deliveries, the next you're in the warehouse staging equipment and keeping things organized. What You'll Do Deliver office equipment and customer orders safely and on schedule Perform basic installation and setup of equipment at customer locations Walk customers through basic operation and answer simple questions Help with shipping, receiving, and organizing equipment and parts in the warehouse Stage and prepare equipment for upcoming deliveries Build trust with customers, vendors, and teammates through clear, friendly communication Keep delivery vehicles, equipment, and work areas safe and organized Complete delivery documentation and required paperwork accurately What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to safely lift and move heavy equipment Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, organized, and able to stay on top of tasks in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn basic equipment installation procedures Ability to work independently while still being a team player High school diploma or equivalent About Coordinated Business Systems For over 40 years, Coordinated Business Systems has empowered companies across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin with cutting-edge business solutions.
