Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Cambridge, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our valued customers in a timely and professional manner.
Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers' locationsNavigate efficiently through Cambridge and surrounding areas using GPS and local knowledgeLoad and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling of productsProcess customer orders and handle cash or electronic payments accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized delivery vehicleCommunicate effectively with customers and team membersAdhere to traffic laws and company safety policies at all timesAssist with inventory management and restocking as neededPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptlyAdapt to changing weather conditions and delivery schedulesContribute to a positive team environment and maintain a professional appearanceQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordExcellent knowledge of Cambridge and surrounding areasStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic math skills for handling payments and inventoryAbility to use GPS technology and mobile devices for order processingPhysical stamina to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 poundsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsTime management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressureAttention to detail in maintaining accurate delivery recordsBasic computer skills for using order management systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
