Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our Amazon Delivery Team. In December of 2024, Olander Bus Service began delivering packages through Amazon. This portion of the business continues to grow, and we are looking for a couple of individuals to join our team for weekend services! Responsibilities Safely operate a van for deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Navigate delivery routes effectively while maintaining timely schedules. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery processes and improve efficiency. Sort packages to create routing efficiencies. Clean Amazon vehicles at least once per week. Ability to use business-specific apps with a personal device. Able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds. Must be willing to work at least one weekend shift per month. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred, with a strong understanding of route driving practices. Strong customer service skills are required to ensure positive interactions with clients during deliveries. $1.50 per package, average 80-100 packages per day.
On-the-job training provided (1-2 days), non-paid.
Utilize the Company Vehicle and company fuel.
