Job Description

Delivery Driver / Packaging Tech at Dangerous Man Brewing Reports to: Production Manager In just a few words: This part-time position is an opportunity for someone near Maple Lake Minnesota who is available for 1 or 2 days a week acting as a delivery driver, and 1 or 2 days a week acting as a packaging tech. Most weeks will see at least one day of deliveries, and at least one day of packaging, but each week will be a little different based on the needs of the brewery. Primary Responsibilities Packaging Load packaging materials (empty cans, lids, etc) Unload, stack, and palletized finished cans Learn the operation of the canning line and monitor its operation Clean and fill kegs Operate pallet jacks, lifts, and/or forklift (after certification) Take basic measurements for beer quality Record keeping for packaged product and inventory Any other cleaning tasks assigned by the Production Manager or Packaging Lead Delivery Load company vehicle with cases and kegs for delivery Drive delivery route, and efficiently deliver product at each location Collect payment and verify correct deliveries Monitor state of beer on retail shelves Represent Dangerous Man while on route, maintaining safety and professionalism standards. All necessary record keeping to ensure correct delivery on a daily basis Requirements Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must have reliable transportation to Maple Lake Be able to stand for extended periods Be able to sit (driving) for extended periods Be capable of regularly lifting up to 55 lbs Be capable of regularly moving and wheeling 165+ pound kegs Compensation $21.00 / hour Part time: looking for availability Tue, Wed, and Th, with 1-3 days a week needed.
