This role combines safe driving, hands-on installation, and customer service to ensure a smooth and positive experience from delivery to setup. Key Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and deliver products to customer locations Install products according to company standards and manufacturer specifications Inspect products before and after installation to ensure quality and functionality Communicate professionally with customers, answering basic questions and providing usage guidance when needed Accurately complete delivery and installation documentation Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition Report any damages, issues, or delays promptly to management Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily schedules and deadlines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid Class E driver's license with a clean driving record Previous delivery, installation, or handyman experience is a plus Ability to lift and carry heavy items (typically up to 50-75 lbs) Basic mechanical or technical skills Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and climbing Work performed in homes, businesses, and outdoor environments Monday-Friday but may require weekend or extended hours depending on delivery schedules What We Offer Competitive pay Training provided Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment
