Parts Delivery Driver

Parts Delivery Driver As a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino dealership, we have 15 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Tennessee. We are looking for a positive, hard-working individual to join our team at our Wright City, MO location. We are a family owned business that values our employees beyond just paying them for work. Job Duties:

Prepare orders and get parts ready for delivery Deliver parts to customers Load and unload parts inventory shipments Complete vehicle safety checks before each delivery Assist customers with any questions they may have Provide invoices to customers and collect payment Observe and report customer information, including customer buying habits and competitive intrusion Work with the Parts Manager on account management, including distribution of invoices, cash handling and the processing of returns Responsible for maintenance, cleanliness, appearance and the safe operation of company-owned delivery vehicles Assist the Shipping and Receiving department in keeping the parts area clean, organized and stocked Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping information Other duties as assigned

Desired Competencies:

Knowledge and experience with parts delivery or a related field beneficial but not required Excellent communication skills Organized and detail oriented

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record 2+ years' experience as a Parts Delivery Driver or similar position preferred but not required
