Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver/Warehouse Staff to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and products to various locations. This is a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers.Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle, such as a box truck or van, to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by manager
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders before departure
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during deliveries
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must pass DOT physical or be in possession of current DOT Medical Card
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally Please note that this is a paid position.
