Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Cannabis Delivery Driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to customers in a timely, secure, and professional manner, while ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to navigate city streets and rural areas efficiently.

Responsibilities Delivery of Cannabis Products:

Safely transport cannabis products to dispensaries, customers, or other business locations as required. Compliance with

Regulations:

Adhere to all state and local cannabis laws and regulations regarding the transport and delivery of cannabis products, including product handling.

Route Planning:

Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers or clients.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working order. Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.

Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports. Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., product manifests, delivery receipts) is completed correctly.

Security:

Safeguard cannabis products throughout the entire delivery process, ensuring that products are transported securely and according to company policies.

Inventory Management:

Assist with loading and unloading products from the warehouse or retail locations as needed. Confirm product accuracy against delivery orders.

Problem-Solving:

Handle any delivery-related issues, such as delays, damaged products, or customer concerns, in a calm and professional manner.

Requirements Valid Driver's License:

Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Cannabis Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with cannabis products, terminology, and regulations is preferred but not required.

Experience:

Previous delivery, courier, or driving experience is preferred.

Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors. Attention to

Detail:

Ability to accurately check deliveries, document information, and ensure products are delivered without error.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry products up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Background Check:

Must pass a background check, including a review of criminal history, per cannabis industry regulations.

Dependability:
