Donations Attendant / Delivery Driver Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and energetic Donations Attendant / Delivery Driver for a local client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being involved in both customer service and hands-on operations. Wednesday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM In this dual-role position, you will assist with donation intake, customer service, and local pick-up/delivery of donated items. You'll play an important part in supporting daily retail operations while ensuring a positive experience for donors, customers, and the community. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to donors, customers, and volunteers Load and unload donations from customer vehicles safely and efficiently Drive to pick up donations from the community Sort, process, and prepare incoming donations Stock inventory and assist in creating merchandise displays Assist customers with purchases and general inquiries Follow all policies and procedures related to sales and safe merchandise handling Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support efficient day-to-day retail and donation operations Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude with a high energy level Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in delivery driving, warehouse, or retail environments preferred Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to perform heavy physical work , including: Lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Apply Today!
