Job Description
We're hiring delivery drivers in and around Thompson Falls and Plains — full-time and part-time. No prior delivery experience needed. We'll train you from day one. Big Sky Backroads is a locally owned FedEx Ground contractor. Our drivers deliver packages to homes and businesses along Highway 200 (Plains, Hot Springs, Thompson Falls, Trout Creek, Noxon, Heron). Monday through Saturday. What You'll Do Drive a company cargo van or box truck and deliver packages to customers on your assigned route. GPS routing software is provided in every vehicle. Pay & Benefits The following pay scale is for a driver with no previous delivery experience. Driver pay increases quickly at Big Sky Backroads as a driver gains on-the-job delivery experience: $18.50/hr starting rate total ($17.00/hr + $450 bonus at 300 hours) $18.75/hr total rate from 300 to 600 hours ($17.50/hr + $375 bonus at 600 hours) $19.25/hr total rate from 600 to 1,000 hours ($18.00/hr + $500 bonus at 1,000 hours) $20.35/hr at 1,000 delivery hours (includes 10% bonus paid weekly) Additional raises and bonus adjustments awarded annually $1,800+ in holiday bonuses for full-time drivers 40 hours paid vacation for full-time drivers If you have prior delivery experience, you may be eligible for higher starting pay. Full-Time Drives Also Receive Paid time off (PTO) Dental, vision, and preventative health coverage (employer-paid) 401(k) with employer matching Referral bonus program Fuel card Requirements 21 years or older Valid driver's license Clean Motor Vehicle Report Pass a background check and drug test Able to lift up to 100 lbs and get in/out of a vehicle 50+ times per day Reliable transportation to our Thompson Falls or Plains loading locations (start time ~10:00 AM) A mobile phone for voice, text, and email

- Monday-Saturday shifts available.
- 10 AM - 6 PM. Can leave earlier if deliveries are complete.
