Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated helpers and drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks. As a helper / driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Load and unload goods, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary. Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required. Assist in warehouse operations when not on the road, including inventory management and organization. Skills Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong driving skills with experience in both manual transmission and commercial driving vehicles. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently. Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while on the road. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
