Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse/Delivery Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This energetic position combines warehouse operations with delivery responsibilities, requiring a proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing inventory in the warehouse, as well as safely transporting goods using various types of commercial vehicles. Your dedication will help us maintain high standards of service and operational excellence while providing a positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities Safely load and unload products using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques Prepare and organize shipments for delivery, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation Drive commercial vehicles, including box trucks. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction Follow route plans efficiently, managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving stock, and maintaining a clean, organized environment Experience Previous experience in warehouse operations or delivery driving preferred Proven ability to operate box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other loading equipment safely Experience with route driving and load & unload procedures in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, moving items, and standing or walking for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission is a plus Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, vehicle operation, and warehouse procedures Join us to be part of a motivated team that values safety, efficiency, and outstanding service.
