Lumberton Route Driver Job Summary Consistent Schedule
  • Daily routes Tuesday-Friday
  • must be able to work 10-12 hour days. Start time each day is 5:30am. First year income = $55,000
  • $60,000 $185.00 day rate plus Daily Commission based on delivery volume Company-Paid healthcare and life insurance for employee
  • Includes Dental and Vision Insurance plans PAID 6-week Training Program (day rate pay only) Paid Bonuses and Contests
  • earn cash bonuses, trips, and PTO through quarterly Safety and Performance Contests Company provided Uniform Program Generous Year-End Christmas Bonus
  • 2025 average bonus ~ $1,400 !
! 401K with company match Paid Holiday, Vacation and Sick Days Extra work on Monday's would be available Job Responsibilities No Experience Necessary , but previous route sales experience preferred Unload, stock, and rotate products at retail customers Drop off and verify deliveries at corporate/foodservice customers Collect and Deposit client payments Complete Driver Safety Training
  • Drive and Operate delivery vehicles safely and courteously Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred CDL B is preffered Minimum age: 21 years of age Valid Driver's License and good driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
