Delivery Driver

Job Description J Houser Logistics is currently seeking an energetic and reliable Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages along assigned locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to optimize time and fuel consumption Interact courteously with customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns Conduct heavy lifting and merchandise handling as needed to load and unload deliveries efficiently Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues that arise during routes Adhere to company policies and procedures Qualifications Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during merchandise handling Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and documentation accurately Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience with courier services is a plus Must be able to clear Pre-employment background and drug screening ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs bending lifting and maneuvering in and out of delivery truck to front door or delivery access point Must be available to work weekends Join us as a Delivery Driver and become an essential part of our fast-paced logistics team!
