Job Description
Join SHO Inc., a local FedEx Ground contractor out of Monroe, and start your new career within days earning $700-$1,200 per week based on stops and packages delivered! Safety bonus incentives available for drivers who demonstrate consistent safe driving and professional conduct. We are actively hiring. Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus but not required. Paid training provided. Requirements At least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Pass a DOT physical and FedEx Ground background check Pass a drug test with random screens throughout employment Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck Able to climb stairs and work in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable, reliable, and takes pride in their work CDL not required What You'll Do Deliver and pick up packages at residences and businesses, up to 150 stops per day Operate your vehicle safely at all times Load and organize your vehicle for daily deliveries Perform daily vehicle inspections including fluid levels Accurately scan and track all packages Precise disposition is critical Provide excellent customer service and communicate with your manager Complete your full route consistently and on time Training Paid training covers route procedures, equipment operation, customer service, and driver safety.
