Job Description

We're Hiring Full-Time P&D Drivers! Join SHO Inc. , a trusted local FedEx Ground contractor operating out of the Monroe terminal. We are looking for reliable, motivated drivers to join our team immediately to service Monroe and the surrounding areas. You can be fully trained, on the road, and earning within just a few days. Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus but not required.

Incentives Training Incentive:

Contingent upon the successful completion of your first two weeks on the job.

Requirements At least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Pass a physical and FedEx Ground background check Pass a drug test with random screens throughout employment Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with a hand truck Able to climb stairs and work in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable, reliable, and takes pride in their work CDL not required What You'll Do Deliver and pick up packages at residences and businesses, up to 150 stops per day Operate the company-provided vehicle safely at all times Load and organize the vehicle for daily deliveries Perform daily vehicle inspections including fluid levels Accurately scan and track all packages Precise disposition is critical Provide excellent customer service and communicate with your manager Complete your full route consistently and on time Training Training covers route procedures, equipment operation, customer service, and driver safety.
