Small Format Delivery Driver J ob Overview The Small Format Delivery Drivers is a fast-paced position responsible for the daily duties of route delivery and merchandising including stocking shelves, displays, and in coolers on their assigned routes.

Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday; 100 days of summer Monday-Friday; start time between 4:30 and 6:30 AM Responsibilities Ensure all shelves and cold equipment are properly filled and merchandised to MBG Standards Execute and maintain Customer Development Agreements Execute MBG promotional calendars Maintain Customer Service Expectations in our marketplace Keep back room inventory neat and organized Ensure Product Rotation minimizing OOD products Display Point of Sale Specific to Brands/Packages Operate all company vehicles in a safe manner and to DOT regulations Adhere to company policies in handling cash/checks Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Class A CDL License and all appropriate endorsements Must be able to lift 60-70 lbs. and push or pull up to 1000 lbs. on a regular basis Good communication skills and ability to process change. Ability to perform many tasks at the same time.
