Top performers can earn additional bonuses based on certain criteria and customer tips are not guaranteed, but with the correct service are given. Furniture Delivery Driver (26' Box Truck) - Join a Growing Team Mecklenburg Home Furniture & Mattress is looking for an experienced, dependable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. If you enjoy working independently, take pride in excellent customer service, and have experience delivering furniture into customers' homes, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Safely operate a 26-foot box truck throughout the Charlotte area. Deliver furniture, mattresses, and home furnishings to customers' homes. Work with a delivery partner to carry, place, and assemble furniture when needed. Provide professional, friendly service that creates a great customer experience. Inspect merchandise before delivery and report any issues. Maintain a clean, organized truck and follow all safety procedures. What We're Looking For Experience driving a 26-foot box truck. Previous furniture delivery experience strongly preferred. Spanish-English bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy furniture safely. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work.
