We are a local FedEx ground contractor looking for qualified and experienced drivers to pick up and deliver packages in Fayetteville and Raeford area (North Carolina). We provide courteous and professional work environment. We provide the vehicles and fuel. You must have your own transportation to and from the terminal. What are the requirements to apply? You

MUST BE AT LEAST 21

years of age You must have a

CURRENT & VALID

driver's license (CDL not necessary) You must have at least 5 years driving experience (general driving-not commercial) You must be able to read, speak & write in English You must be able to pass a criminal background & motor vehicle records check, drug test and DOT physical. No exceptions! You must be able to pass a road test You must be of legal status to work in the USA, we do E-verify! You must be able to safely lift/carry up to 150 lbs. with or without a hand truck You must be able to pass the FedEx approval process to become a qualified driver You must be able to be r eady to work by 7:30AM each work day You must be available to be scheduled ALL 6 days Mon-Sat (7 during peak season). Weekends are

ANY REMAINING PAY NOT YET RECEIVED AT THE TIME OF RESIGNATION WILL BE PAID AT THE CURRENT NC MINIMUM WAGE AS STATED IN & ACCORDING TO THE PARAMETERS LISTED IN OUR MINIMUM WAGE POLICY. THIS IS A ONE & DONE SITUATION. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR QUITTERS. THE FIRST TIME YOU DON'T COMPLETE YOUR ROUTE/DAY/TASKS IS THE LAST TIME IT WILL HAPPEN WITH US.

This means you MUST have patience, fortitude & that thing which cannot be taught…you either have it or you don't
