Job Description

Food Truck Driver & Crew Member Overview Join our team as a Food Truck Driver and play a key role in delivering great food and great experiences to the community. This position combines safe vehicle operation, food preparation, and customer service in a fast-paced, mobile environment. You will be responsible for driving and setting up the food truck, preparing and serving menu items, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism.
Schedule Requirement:
This is a very early morning position , with a typical shift from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM . The schedule runs Monday through Saturday , with one weekday off (to be assigned) . Applicants must be reliable and able to consistently arrive on time for early start times. Responsibilities Safely operate and transport the food truck to scheduled locations, complying with all traffic laws and safety regulations Set up and break down the food truck for service, ensuring all equipment is properly secured and functioning Prepare and serve food efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety Take customer orders accurately and process transactions using POS systems (cash and card) Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring a positive experience Maintain cleanliness of the truck, including cooking areas, service windows, and surrounding workspace Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with basic food prep and storage Follow all health department regulations and company food safety procedures Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (experience driving larger vehicles preferred) Previous food service or food preparation experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Basic math skills and experience handling cash or POS systems Strong time management and ability to multitask Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude Must be able to consistently work early morning shifts (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM), Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off What We Offer A fun, fast-paced work environment Opportunity to grow within the food truck and hospitality industry Hands-on experience in driving, food service, and customer engagement Consistent schedule with early morning hours
