Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage route driving efficiently, optimizing delivery schedules to meet deadlines and improve overall service quality Assist with merchandising at delivery points, ensuring products are presented attractively and correctly positioned Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns with clear communication skills Handle heavy lifting of packages or merchandise safely, utilizing proper techniques to prevent injury Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, leveraging sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including pricing details, invoices, and delivery logs Organize daily routes and deliveries to maximize efficiency and minimize delays Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route status, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries Experience Proven experience in commercial driving or route driving preferred; a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and transaction accuracy Experience in sales or upselling techniques that enhance customer engagement and revenue growth Excellent communication skills for interacting confidently with customers and team members Physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking during deliveries Organizational skills to plan routes effectively and manage delivery schedules efficiently Military background or experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic Join us as a Delivery Driver and be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering excellence!
