ELECTRICAL PARTS & INVENTORY COORDINATOR / DELIVERY DRIVER
Justin Vance Electric LLC Wake Forest, NC Starting $20-$25 per hour (based on experience/knowledge) 30-40 hours per week
ABOUT THE POSITION
Justin Vance Electric is a locally owned electrical contracting company looking for a dependable, highly organized person to manage electrical materials, inventory, and job-site deliveries. Previous experience working for an electrical supply house would be ideal. Someone familiar with common residential and commercial electrical materials should be able to recognize parts, understand how orders are pulled, catch missing or incorrect items, and communicate effectively with our electricians and suppliers. This is a hands-on position. The right person must be willing to jump in, get their hands dirty, and help ensure our crews have everything they need to complete their jobs efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Order electrical parts and materials Pick up orders from electrical supply houses and other vendors Deliver parts, tools, ladders, and materials to job sites Verify part numbers, quantities, and pricing before leaving the supplier Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect materials Obtain and organize itemized receipts showing material prices Maintain an organized inventory of commonly used electrical parts Keep the JVE storage shed clean and organized Stock and restock company vehicles Create material kits for electricians and upcoming jobs Maintain a list of essential truck stock and frequently used materials Communicate with the office, field crews, and suppliers throughout the day Use mobile apps and computer programs to track orders and materials Provide occasional office assistance Complete other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 18 years old Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to meet company vehicle-insurance requirements Reliable personal vehicle available temporarily for work-related driving Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and mobile apps Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with time Prompt, dependable, and able to work independently Strong communication skills Able to lift and move heavy materials and ladders safely Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in hot or cold conditions Flexible when schedules and priorities change Able to accept constructive feedback and adapt Professional references
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience working for an electrical supply house is strongly preferred Knowledge of common residential and commercial electrical materials Experience ordering, pulling, checking, or delivering electrical-supply orders Ability to recognize incorrect parts and incomplete orders Electrical, construction, warehouse, inventory, or delivery experience Spanish-speaking ability Access to a truck during the initial employment period
VEHICLE AND TRAVEL
The employee may need to use a reliable personal vehicle temporarily. Fuel will be provided for approved business-related driving. Justin Vance Electric plans to provide a company vehicle within approximately 90 days for the right candidate.
SCHEDULE
Approximately 30-40 hours per week Primarily weekday and daytime hours Rare Saturday work may be required Daily responsibilities may change according to job-site and crew needs PAY Starting pay is $20-$25 per hour, based on experience, reliability, and knowledge of electrical parts and materials.

Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
