S.M. Joynes Enterprises, Inc. is now hiring full time drivers to deliver and pickup packages in the Wilmington, NC area. Routes dispatch out of the Wilmington FedEx Ground Terminal. This position does not require a CDL. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management, customer service and organizational skills. The candidate must be willing to work in a fast paced, unsupervised environment and be able to follow a map/GPS. Full time position- 5-6 Day work week, mix of weekdays/weekends (set schedule to be determined in the interview). Compensation starts at $170 per day not including bonus incentives. Retirement plan is offered after 6 months of employment. Health benefits are offered after 90 days of employment. Paid Time Off is offered after 1 year of employment. Requirements:

Candidate must have at least 1 year of driving experience in a box truck size vehicle. Pass DOT Physical Pass Drug Test Pass Driving Test Pass Background Check 21 years of age or older No DUIs or Felonies Meet physical demands of the position- move packages up to 150lbs, climb in and out of truck
