This is currently a part-time position, with the opportunity for increased hours and future advancement as our business continues to grow. We're looking for someone who can safely drive our trucks, perform the physical work alongside the crew, take great care of customers, and become someone the team can count on. No CDL is required. Moving experience is helpful, but it isn't everything. We care just as much about your work ethic, reliability, attitude, willingness to learn, and how you treat people. What You'll Do This is a hands-on position combining professional moving, physical labor, customer service, and driving. As a Driver/Mover, you will: Safely drive company moving trucks, including trucks up to 26 feet Complete required vehicle inspections and follow company driving procedures Safely navigate residential streets, parking lots, driveways, and customer properties Load and unload household and commercial belongings Lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture, boxes, appliances, and other items Properly wrap and protect furniture and customers' belongings Use moving blankets, shrink wrap, straps, dollies, and other moving equipment Properly load and secure items inside the truck Disassemble and reassemble furniture when needed Assist with packing and unpacking services Help safely move specialty, oversized, and heavy items Protect customers' floors, walls, doors, homes, businesses, and belongings Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Follow the Crew Lead's direction and the plan for each job Work safely and efficiently from the beginning of the move through completion Our drivers are part of the moving crew. You'll drive the truck and work alongside your teammates performing the physical moving work. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone people can count on.

You do need to be willing to work, learn, and grow. Driver Requirements Because you'll be trusted to operate company vehicles, applicants must: Be at least 19 years old Have held a valid driver's license for at least one year Have a driving record that meets our commercial insurance requirements Be willing and able to safely operate moving trucks up to 26 feet Follow all company vehicle and safety policies Have reliable transportation to and from work No CDL required. Ability to work as a Driver/Mover is subject to applicable company and commercial insurance requirements. Physical Requirements Professional moving is physically demanding work.

You must be able to:

Regularly lift and carry heavy furniture, boxes, and equipment Be on your feet for extended periods Walk up and down stairs while carrying items Bend, reach, push, pull, squat, and lift throughout the workday Safely perform repetitive physical tasks Work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions Work as part of a team to safely handle oversized and exceptionally heavy items We provide training and equipment for proper moving and lifting techniques, but applicants should understand that physical labor is a major part of this position. Schedule This is currently a part-time position, and weekly hours can vary based on customer demand. We're especially looking for dependable: Morning availability Daytime availability Weekend availability Flexibility when moving jobs run longer than originally estimated Moving isn't always an 8-to-5 job. Some days may be shorter, while others can run longer depending on the move. We finish the job and take care of the customer. Pay & Benefits Base pay: $17

• 19/hour, depending on experience and qualifications Our customers regularly tip our moving crews. With tips, team members typically earn approximately $24
