Pay & Benefits Starting pay of $850 per week Performance bonuses for working weekends Additional bonuses for high stop-count routes Paid training Full-time, year-round employment Day shift position - typical hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Weekly pay No CDL required Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow Supportive local management team What You'll Do Safely deliver and pick up packages on an assigned route Operate a FedEx step van Provide excellent customer service Perform daily vehicle inspections Work independently while being supported by an experienced management team Represent Isaiah Trucking and FedEx professionally in the community Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license Clean driving record Able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check Able to safely lift packages throughout the day Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service Why Work for Isaiah Trucking?
