Local FedEx Delivery Driver | No CDL Required | Chesterfield, NH A well-established FedEx Ground contractor is hiring full-time delivery drivers out of the Chesterfield, NH terminal. We are looking for dependable individuals who show up ready to work, stay organized, and take pride in doing the job right. This is a fast-paced, physically active position. If you enjoy staying busy, working independently, and being part of a team that values professionalism and accountability, this could be a great fit. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $180 per day Experienced drivers can earn up to $210 per day Weekly pay Additional workdays available Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance available after 6 months Holiday pay Vacation time after 1 year Company-provided uniforms Performance-based incentives Supportive management team Safety-focused culture What You'll Do Deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout Chesterfield, Keene and surrounding communities Operate company-provided cargo vans and box trucks Load and organize your vehicle for maximum efficiency Work independently while maintaining communication with management Provide professional customer service Safely complete your assigned route while maintaining an efficient pace Schedule Full-time, 5 days per week No Sundays Start time: 8:00 AM Most drivers finish around 5:30 PM once deliveries are completed Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years Clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to pass a drug screen, DOT physical, and background check Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. and move packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment We are looking for drivers who want to be part of a professional operation, contribute to a strong team, and build a long-term career opportunity.
