Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to our customers. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate various equipment within a distribution center environment. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Perform heavy lifting as needed, adhering to safety protocols. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and cherry pickers for efficient order fulfillment. Follow OSHA regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center. Skills Proficient in heavy lifting techniques and practices. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations. Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting of delivery equipment. Experience operating pallet jacks, reach trucks, and cherry pickers is preferred. Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and inventory control systems. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
