Brick, NJ Position Summary Corim Industries is seeking a dependable and responsible Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Shipping & Warehouse team. This position is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately loaded onto the company truck according to shipping paperwork, safely transporting products to customers throughout New Jersey, and unloading deliveries at the customer location. When delivery responsibilities do not require a full-time schedule, this position will also support the warehouse team with duties such as UPS packing, order preparation, and other warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, organized, and comfortable working independently while representing Corim Industries professionally at customer locations. Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Approximately 40 hours per week Overtime may be required based on business and delivery needs What You'll Do Review shipping paperwork and verify that the correct products and quantities are loaded onto the truck Safely load finished products onto the delivery truck Secure products properly to prevent shifting or damage during transportation Deliver products safely and on time to customers throughout New Jersey Unload products at customer locations Obtain required delivery documentation or signatures Communicate professionally with customers and report any delivery issues Inspect the truck before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns Follow all company procedures regarding vehicle operation, loading, unloading, and product handling Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records Assist with warehouse duties when delivery work does not require the full scheduled shift Assist with UPS packing, preparing packages, labeling, and other shipping activities Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and loading area Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety procedures, and SQF requirements Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE Perform other shipping, warehouse, and delivery duties as assigned What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Valid driver's license and a safe driving record Ability to safely operate a company delivery vehicle Strong attention to detail when reviewing orders and shipping paperwork Ability to accurately match products and quantities to delivery documents Ability to work independently and manage delivery responsibilities Professional and courteous communication with customers Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds Willingness to assist with warehouse and UPS packing duties Previous delivery, driving, warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds Ability to repeatedly load and unload products Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, twist, squat, and perform repetitive motions Ability to push and pull carts, pallets, and other materials as needed Ability to safely enter and exit a delivery vehicle Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position Work Environment Combination of delivery driving, customer locations, and warehouse work Frequent loading and unloading of finished products Exposure to varying weather conditions while making deliveries Fast-paced shipping and warehouse environment Food manufacturing facility where cleanliness and sanitation are essential Compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety regulations is required Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required Overtime may be required based on business needs What Success Looks Like Successful employees in this role: Arrive on time and maintain excellent attendance Safely operate the company vehicle Accurately verify products against shipping paperwork before leaving the facility Deliver orders safely, accurately, and on schedule Represent Corim Industries professionally when interacting with customers Maintain accurate delivery documentation Safely load and unload products Assist the warehouse team when needed Follow all safety, food quality, and shipping procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with the Shipping/Receiving Manager and customers Why Work at Corim Industries?
