Full-Time About High Grass Farms High Grass Farms is a licensed cannabis cultivation and manufacturing company located in Buena, New Jersey. We are committed to producing premium cannabis products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer service. We are seeking a dependable, professional Delivery Driver to join our growing team. Position Summary The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, secure, and timely transportation of cannabis products between High Grass Farms and licensed cannabis businesses throughout New Jersey. This position requires strict adherence to New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (NJCRC) regulations, company policies, and all transportation security protocols. Essential Responsibilities Safely transport cannabis products to licensed dispensaries and business partners throughout New Jersey. Load, secure, transport, and unload products while maintaining chain of custody. Verify orders, manifests, and delivery documentation before departure and upon delivery. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule. Maintain compliance with NJCRC regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles. Report vehicle maintenance needs or delivery issues promptly. Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries. Assist with inventory transfers and processing duties when deliveries are not scheduled. Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations and customer information. Qualifications Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to pass all required background checks for employment in the New Jersey cannabis industry. Previous delivery, courier, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while following detailed procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds and performing physical tasks throughout the workday. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and communication. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the regulated cannabis industry. Experience with inventory management systems or METRC. Knowledge of New Jersey roadways and delivery routes.
