A Sales Delivery Driver drives a truck or other vehicle over established routes or within an established territory and sells or delivers goods, such as food products, including restaurant take-out items, or pick up or deliver items such as commercial laundry. May also take orders, collect payment, or stock merchandise at point of delivery. Includes newspaper delivery drivers. Excludes gig economy drivers.
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering Domino's products safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service. This position also supports store operations by assisting with food preparation, order taking, cleaning, and other assigned duties. The Delivery Driver represents the Domino's brand and is an important part of the customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a safe and timely manner. Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service. Verify that orders are complete and accurate before leaving the store. Accept payments, process transactions, and provide correct change when required. Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and delivery standards. Use navigation skills to locate customer addresses within the designated delivery area. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle. Follow Domino's uniform, grooming, and appearance standards. Assist with food preparation, order taking, stocking, and other store duties as needed. Operate store equipment according to training and company procedures. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality. Follow all company policies and procedures. Qualifications and Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age . Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards. Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries. Must be able to provide proof of vehicle registration and insurance. Must have good navigation skills and the ability to locate customer addresses. Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers. Must be able to perform basic math and make correct change. Must be friendly, dependable, organized, and able to work well with others. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled. Physical Requirements Ability to drive and walk for extended periods during deliveries. Ability to carry pizzas, beverages, and other products. Ability to navigate stairs, multi-story buildings, and different delivery locations. Ability to work in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform general store duties, including stocking, cleaning, and food preparation.
Pay:
$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
