Domino's Pizza Delivery Driver Job Summary A Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering food orders safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service. In addition to deliveries, drivers assist with in-store operations, including food preparation, cleaning, stocking, and supporting the team during busy periods. Key Responsibilities Deliver customer orders promptly while following all traffic laws and company safety standards. Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery. Verify order accuracy before leaving the store. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately. Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable personal vehicle. Assist with food preparation, including making pizzas and side items when needed. Answer phones and take customer orders. Perform opening and closing duties. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and dining areas. Restock food, beverages, boxes, and supplies. Follow all Domino's operational procedures and food safety standards. Work as part of the store team to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old . Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Reliable, insured vehicle available for deliveries. Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs .
